Our school values the importance of family-like relationships between students and staff, which is why we are seeking committed couples to join our team. As a House Parent, you will reside on-campus with your partner and provide a stable and loving home environment for our students.
We offer an attractive compensation package, including a salary of $43,825 per person (totaling approximately $150,000 for a couple) and comprehensive benefits. Additionally, you will receive relocation assistance and paid training to support your success in this role.
**Responsibilities:**
* Guide and nurture a group of 8-12 students, developing positive relationships and encouraging personal growth
* Provide a safe and supportive living environment, promoting healthy habits and well-being
* Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless communication and student care
* Participate in daily devotions and take students to Sunday chapel services, fostering a sense of community and spiritual growth
**Requirements:**
* Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
* Both spouses must be age 27 or older and have been legally married for at least two years
* Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
* High school diploma or GED required
* Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and demonstrate a high degree of integrity as a role model for students
