Job Description
As a flex houseparent, you will be responsible for providing daily care and support to our students. This includes handling various responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting. You will also be required to lead students in daily devotions and take them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. Proselytizing is prohibited.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must be age 27 or older and have been legally married for at least two years. No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. You must also be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. A high school diploma or GED is required, and you must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.

Your schedule will consist of nine days on followed by three days off, with workdays including a period of personal time while students are at school. You will also receive three-week paid summer vacation.
