To be successful in this role, you must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You must also be a legally married couple, both aged 27 or older, with no more than three dependent children residing in the student home. A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are essential requirements. Additionally, you must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
