What are the responsibilities and job description for the Caring Family Environment Providers position at Milton Hershey School?
Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to provide a nurturing, family-like environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. As House Parents, you will reside in on-campus student homes, guiding and supporting approximately 8-12 students. This role requires flexibility, patience, and a commitment to creating a safe and welcoming space for young people.
The ideal candidate couple will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. They will be able to demonstrate a high degree of integrity and serve as role models for the students. The couple must also be comfortable leading daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
