Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become part of our team as Flex Houseparents, residing in on-campus student homes and guiding approximately 8-12 students.
About the Role
Flex Houseparents will live on-campus with their spouse and provide a nurturing environment for students, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Reside in on-campus student homes with your spouse
- Guide and support students' academic and personal growth
- Administer care and handle responsibilities such as driving, medication, and reporting
Requirements
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Couples must be married for at least two years and both spouses should be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
