Career-Focused Education for Disadvantaged Youth
Milton Hershey School is one of the world's best private schools, providing an exceptional career-focused education to students from pre-K through 12th grade.
Our students come from disadvantaged backgrounds, and our Houseparents play a critical role in their educational journey.
As a Houseparent, you will be responsible for guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students, providing them with a consistent family-like structure and support.
Qualifications for this role include experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Couples must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses should be age 27 or older.
We also require that couples abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus, and limit their pets to fish and one dog of approved breeds.
