We are seeking married couples to join our team as Residential Youth Caregivers, providing a stable and nurturing environment for 8-12 students. As part of our flex houseparent program, you will reside on campus, guiding and supporting your assigned group of students in their daily lives.
Responsibilities
- Drive students to appointments and activities
- Administer medication as needed
- Maintain a family-like structure within the student home
You will be responsible for handling various tasks, including driving, budgeting, and reporting. You will also have the opportunity to lead students in daily devotions and take them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
Requirements
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Couples must be married for at least two years and both spouses should be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid driver's license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
