We are seeking a Caring Parents for Milton Hershey Students who can provide a loving and supportive family environment for our students. As a residential support staff member, you will live on campus with your spouse and work together to create a safe and welcoming home for our students.
The successful candidate will have experience working with youth and a strong commitment to providing exceptional care and support. They will be responsible for guiding students through daily activities, educational support, and personal development, while also handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.
Our residential support staff members enjoy a structured schedule, with nine days on followed by three days off, allowing for time to rest and recharge.
