Job Description and Responsibilities
Houseparents are married couples who provide a nurturing and stable home environment for students. They are responsible for guiding and caring for groups of 8-12 students, facilitating their daily activities, and supporting their educational journey.
This role requires individuals with experience working with youth from underserved backgrounds and involves a comprehensive benefits package.
Candidates must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services (Note: Proselytizing is prohibited).
