As a flex houseparent, you will live on-campus with your spouse and care for a group of 8-12 students, providing guidance, support, and a stable family-like structure.

Responsibilities and Expectations
- Live on-campus with your spouse and care for a group of 8-12 students
- Provide guidance and support to students
- Manage household duties, including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
- Transport students to and from activities and appointments
- Lead students in daily devotions and take them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
