Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you and your spouse must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You should be married for at least two years, and both spouses should be age 27 or older. You will also need a valid driver's license and the ability to become certified to drive student home vans. Both spouses must complete an individual employment application, and you must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
