Milton Hershey School is a leading private school that provides an exceptional education to students from disadvantaged backgrounds. As a Residential Youth Caregiver, you and your spouse will play a vital role in providing a nurturing environment for our students.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with youth, preferably in under-served settings. This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years. Both spouses must be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
You will be responsible for guiding daily activities, administering medication, and managing household needs while ensuring a family-like atmosphere. You will also participate in daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
