Job Responsibilities
As a flex houseparent, your responsibilities will include:
- Residing in on-campus student homes
- Guiding and nurturing a group of 8-12 students
- Providing a consistent family-like structure for students
- Assisting with daily activities, medication administration, budgeting, and reporting
Qualifications
To be eligible for this position, couples must:
- Have experience working or volunteering with youth
- Be married for at least two years
- Both spouses should be at least 27 years old
- Have no more than three dependent children residing in the student home
- Hold a valid driver's license and be able to become certified to drive student home vans
