As flex houseparents at Milton Hershey School, married couples will provide a family-like environment for students, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. They will handle responsibilities such as driving student home vans, administering medication, and budgeting. Couples must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
