Responsibilities
- Provide a nurturing environment for students, promoting their emotional, social, and educational growth
- Live on campus with your spouse and serve as a houseparent team
- Manage various responsibilities, including driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Both spouses should be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
