Milton Hershey School is looking for a dedicated married couple to join our team as flex houseparents. As a flex houseparent, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing environment, guiding students, and taking them to church. You will work closely with other staff members to ensure the students' physical, emotional, and educational needs are met.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop a safe and supportive living environment for students
- Guide and mentor students in their daily lives
- Take students to school and extracurricular activities
- Administer medication as prescribed
- Participate in daily devotions and Sunday chapel services
