About the Role
We are looking for caring and committed individuals who can provide a nurturing family-like environment for students in on-campus homes. As Flex Houseparents, you will be responsible for managing groups of 8-12 students, handling responsibilities such as transportation, medication administration, budgeting, reporting, and ensuring a consistent family-like structure for students.
Our team members must demonstrate a high degree of integrity, as all staff are role models for students. Couples must complete an individual employment application, and both spouses should be age 27 or older.
