Campus-based Youth Support Team
Milton Hershey School is looking for couples to join our Campus-based Youth Support Team as Child Guidance Coordinators. In this role, you and your spouse will work together to provide guidance and support to underprivileged youth, residing on-campus and managing daily responsibilities.
This comprehensive compensation package includes a salary of $43,825 per person (a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple) and benefits such as health savings and flexible spending accounts.
Your responsibilities will include creating a family-like structure for students, handling daily tasks, and providing guidance and support when needed.
Duties:
- Create a family-like environment for students
- Manage daily tasks, including driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting
- Provide guidance and support to students in need
Eligibility:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be at least 27 years old
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
Salary : $43,825
