We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate couple to join our team as Student Support Specialists. As a Student Support Specialist, you will live on-campus with your spouse and provide care and support to a group of 8-12 students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Your primary responsibility will be to create a safe and nurturing environment for students, promoting their physical, emotional, and social development. You will work closely with other members of the Residential Support Team to ensure that students receive the best possible care.
This is a unique career opportunity that requires commitment and consideration from both spouses. As a Student Support Specialist, you will be expected to lead students in daily devotions and take them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. You will also be responsible for managing daily household chores, preparing meals, and ensuring the overall well-being of the students in your care.

As a couple, you must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
