Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become Houseparents, providing a family-like setting for our students and ensuring they receive the support and care they need to succeed. As Houseparents, you will be responsible for managing daily responsibilities and activities, collaborating with colleagues to ensure student success, and providing a supportive and nurturing environment for students.

Eligibility Requirements
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Legally married couple for at least two years
- Both spouses 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
