Flexibility and adaptability are crucial in this position, as you will be required to handle various responsibilities and adjust to changing circumstances.

Couples in this role receive a salary of $43,825 per person (totaling around $150,000 per couple), including comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance. They enjoy a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off, allowing for personal time and relaxation. A three-week paid summer vacation provides additional time for rest and rejuvenation.
Qualifications
To be eligible, couples must have experience working or volunteering with youth, particularly from under-served settings. Both spouses should be at least 27 years old, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. Abiding by smoke-free and weapon-free campus policies is essential, along with holding valid driver's licenses and being certified to drive student home vans. Each spouse must complete an individual employment application.
