What are the responsibilities and job description for the Childcare Specialist Position position at Milton Hershey School?
We are looking for experienced couple's to join our team as flex houseparents at Milton Hershey School. As a flex houseparent, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
You will live on-campus in a student home with your spouse and work together to create a family-like environment for the students. Your responsibilities will include driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and more.
