Milton Hershey School is seeking couples to become Flex Houseparents, providing a nurturing family-like environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. As a vital part of our team, you will guide and support 8-12 students, managing household responsibilities while fostering a sense of belonging and well-being.

The ideal candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings.
