Job Summary:
We are seeking committed couples to become flex houseparents, residing in on-campus student homes and guiding a group of approximately 8-12 students. As a flex houseparent, you will provide a structured family-like environment, handle household responsibilities, and foster personal growth.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a structured family-like environment for students
- Manage household duties, including driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting
- Foster personal growth and development in students
- Lead students in daily devotions and take them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services (Note: Proselytizing is prohibited)
Requirements:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Legally married couples for at least two years
- Age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
