Milton Hershey School is looking for compassionate married couples to become part of its team as houseparents. This role provides a unique chance to make a positive impact on the lives of students who need guidance and support.
As houseparents, you will reside in on-campus homes with your spouse and provide a nurturing environment for students. You will handle daily responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting, while also guiding and nurturing your students.
The school offers a competitive salary, relocation assistance, and paid training. You will also enjoy a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off, with workdays including personal time while students are at school.
