About the Role
This is a unique career path that takes consideration and commitment from both spouses. As a Residential Youth Caregiver, you and your partner will work together to provide a consistent family-like structure for students in a group of approximately 8-12 students.
You will reside in an on-campus student home, guiding and nurturing students, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting. When initially hired, you will cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home.
Requirements
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be 27 or older
- Comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
