Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to join our team as flex houseparents.
As a flex houseparent, you and your spouse will work together to provide a supportive and stable environment for our students.
Responsibilities:
- Reside in an on-campus student home with your spouse
- Guide and nurture approximately 8-12 students
- Handle daily responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting
Benefits:
- Competitive salary of $43,825 per person (total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple)
