Job Description
As houseparents, you will be responsible for guiding and nurturing your assigned group of students. This includes providing daily devotions, taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services, and handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you and your spouse must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You should be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Sunday chapel services. You must also be able to lift up to 50 lbs and have a valid driver's license. Additionally, you must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
