We are looking for married couples to join our team as Flex Houseparents. In this role, you will reside on campus, serving as a consistent family-like structure for a group of 8-12 students. Your responsibilities will include:
- Driving students to various activities
- Administering medications and managing student health
- Budgeting and managing household expenses
- Reporting student progress and addressing any concerns
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this position, you should possess the following qualities:
- Experience working with youth, particularly those from under-served communities
- Couples must be married for at least two years and both spouses must be over 27 years old
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and become certified to drive student home vans
