Job Description
As houseparents at Milton Hershey School, you will work as a married couple to provide guidance and support to our students in a family-like environment. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily activities, managing household responsibilities, and ensuring a safe and nurturing space for our students. This full-time position requires flexibility and a commitment to providing exceptional care to our students.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you and your spouse should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings. You must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses should be age 27 or older. No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are also required.
