What are the responsibilities and job description for the Couple Family Living Coordinators position at Milton Hershey School?
We are seeking married couples to join our team as flex houseparents at Milton Hershey School. As a flex houseparent, you will be responsible for creating a supportive living environment for our students and handling various responsibilities.
This role requires experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
We offer a competitive salary of $43,825 per person, totaling approximately $150,000 per couple. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, health savings and flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability options, and retirement savings.
Couples must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. Our campus is smoke-free and weapon-free, and we have limitations on pets.
