We are seeking a Couple Family Support Specialist to join our team at Milton Hershey School. As a Flex Houseparent, you will play a vital role in providing a stable and loving environment for students, while also supporting their academic and personal growth.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding and nurturing a group of students, handling various tasks such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting. They will also lead daily devotions and take students to Sunday chapel services, promoting a sense of community and spirituality.
Requirements
- Experience working with youth, preferably from under-served backgrounds
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
