Milton Hershey School is seeking a Youth Development Specialist to join our team as part of a unique couple house parent program. This program involves married couples acting as flex houseparents, guiding and nurturing students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
As a Youth Development Specialist, you will be responsible for providing a family-like environment for our students, which includes guiding and nurturing them, handling administrative tasks, and supporting their educational journey. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with other staff members to ensure the well-being and success of our students.
