What are the responsibilities and job description for the Couple Housing Support Team Members position at Milton Hershey School?
Milton Hershey School is seeking Couple Housing Support Team Members to provide a consistent family-like structure for students living on-campus. As a Couple Housing Support Team Member, you will reside in an on-campus student home with your spouse and guide a group of approximately 8-12 students. Your responsibilities will include driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and other daily tasks.

We offer relocation assistance and paid training provided. Our schedule consists of nine days on followed by three days off, with a period of personal time while students are at school. We also offer three-week paid summer vacation.
To be considered for this position, you must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older and have been legally married for at least two years. No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home, and you must abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus.
