About the Role
As a Flex Houseparent, you and your spouse will serve as a household team, residing on campus with a group of approximately 8-12 students. You will provide a consistent family-like structure, manage daily activities, and ensure student well-being. You will also be responsible for guiding students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
