Nurturing Environment for Students
Milton Hershey School is seeking a married couple to become part of our team as House Parents. As House Parents, you will provide a supportive and nurturing environment for students, helping them to thrive academically, emotionally, and socially.
About the Role:
You will live on-campus with your spouse and a group of 8-12 students, providing guidance, support, and direction as they navigate their educational journey. You will work closely with other staff members to develop and implement plans to promote student success and well-being.
Requirements:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- High school diploma or GED required
- Couples must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
