Couple's Residential Position

Youth Caregiver Job Description
This role requires a caring and responsible individual to serve as a residential youth caregiver in a on-campus home. The caregiver will provide a supportive environment for students, manage household duties, and work collaboratively with other caregivers to ensure student needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily care and guidance to students
• Manage household duties, including cooking and cleaning
• Drive students to activities and appointments
• Administer medication as needed
• Report student progress and concerns to supervisors

Requirements and Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
• High school diploma or GED required
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Demonstrate high integrity as role models for students
