We are seeking married couples who share our commitment to providing a high-quality education to students from disadvantaged backgrounds. As couple support staff for youth, you will play a critical role in helping our students achieve their full potential. Your responsibilities will include overseeing a group of students in a student home, guiding them through daily activities, and ensuring their wellbeing.
The ideal candidate couple should have a strong track record of working or volunteering with youth, particularly in under-served settings. Both spouses must be at least 27 years old, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are also essential.
