Job Summary
We are seeking a couple to serve as flex houseparents in our on-campus student homes. As a flex houseparent, you will guide and nurture a group of approximately 8-12 students, providing a consistent family-like structure. Your responsibilities will include transportation, medication administration, budgeting, reporting, and other duties that support the well-being of our students.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide transportation and medication administration as needed
- Manage household finances and maintain accurate records
- Maintain open communication with parents and school administrators
- Work closely with our staff to ensure the needs of our students are met
- Demonstrate a high degree of integrity as a role model for our students
