Milton Hershey School is a world-renowned private school providing exceptional education to students from disadvantaged backgrounds. We are seeking married couples to become part of our team as Couples Care Coordinators, responsible for providing a nurturing environment and guiding daily activities for 8-12 students.
The ideal candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. A high school diploma or GED is required, and candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity.
As a Couple Care Coordinator, you will work together with your spouse to manage responsibilities such as transportation, medication administration, and budgeting. You will also provide a consistent family-like structure for students and handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc.
