As a House Parent, your responsibilities will include:

* Assisting with daily tasks such as homework, meals, and household chores
* Encouraging our students to participate in extracurricular activities and hobbies
* Maintaining open communication with our staff and administration
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings
* A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
* The ability to lift up to 50 lbs
* A strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration
