Milton Hershey School (MHS) is a world-renowned private school that provides an exceptional education to students from disadvantaged backgrounds. As a flex houseparent at MHS, you and your spouse will reside in on-campus student homes and provide a nurturing family-like environment for 8-12 students.
This unique role involves guiding, supervising, and administering care, including driving and medication management. You must have at least two years of legal marriage and experience working with youth. In return, you'll receive competitive compensation and extensive benefits.
The ideal candidate couple will be comfortable living on campus and leading students in daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. You'll also need to abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus policy and have valid driver's licenses.
