Milton Hershey School provides a unique opportunity for married couples to work together as Residential Youth Caregivers. As part of our team, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing family-like environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Our ideal candidates are experienced in working with youth and possess strong communication skills. Both spouses should be age 27 or older and have been legally married for at least two years. We also require that both spouses complete an individual employment application.
As Residential Youth Caregivers, you will manage daily responsibilities including guidance, meal preparation, and transportation for 8-12 students. This is a rewarding career path that requires consideration and commitment from both spouses.
