We are seeking married couples to become part of the Milton Hershey School family. As a flex houseparent, you will provide a loving and supportive environment for our students, helping them to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
Responsibilities
- Managing student homes and providing a family-like structure
- Driving, administering medication, and handling other responsibilities related to student care
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses should be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
