Milton Hershey School is seeking experienced couples to fill the role of flex houseparents. As a flex houseparent, you will provide a family-like environment for 8-12 students, guiding and nurturing them through daily activities and logistics.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Nurturing and guiding students in daily activities and logistics
- Providing a supportive atmosphere for students from disadvantaged backgrounds
- Assisting with daily tasks and responsibilities
Requirements
Candidates must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
Couples will also receive paid training and a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off. Comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance are also offered.
