What are the responsibilities and job description for the Couples Career Growth Specialist position at Milton Hershey School?
At Milton Hershey School, we are seeking married couples to serve as flex houseparents in a unique and rewarding career path. As a flex houseparent, you will reside on-campus with a group of approximately 8-12 students, providing a consistent family-like structure and guiding them through their educational journey.
The ideal candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. This is a two-person job that requires both spouses to be committed to the role and comfortable leading daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
The salary for this position is $43,825 per person, resulting in a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple. Additionally, comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off are provided.
