What are the responsibilities and job description for the Couples Career Navigators position at Milton Hershey School?
At Milton Hershey School, we are seeking a unique blend of skills and qualities in our ideal candidates. We are looking for married couples who have experience working or volunteering with youth from under-served settings. As Houseparents, you will provide a nurturing family-like environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
The ideal candidate will be able to lead daily devotions, take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services, and demonstrate a high degree of integrity as role models for students. You will also be responsible for guiding and supporting 8-12 students in various responsibilities such as transportation and medication administration.
We offer a competitive salary of $43,825 per person, with a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple, including free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more. Additionally, you will receive comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training.
We value flexibility and autonomy in our staff, offering a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off. You will also have three-week paid summer vacation. Our school provides an exceptional career-focused education with housing, meals, and more – all costs covered.
