Milton Hershey School seeks experienced couples to provide a nurturing family environment for students in need. As Houseparents, you will guide and support a group of 8-12 students in a full-time residency role.
As a married couple, you will manage daily responsibilities, participate in education, and create a structured schedule conducive to maintaining a work-life balance. Candidates should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must be at least 27 years old and have no more than three dependent children residing in the student home.
