Job Description
As a Residential Youth Caregiver at Milton Hershey School, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides a nurturing environment for students. Your responsibilities will include providing daily care, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and guiding students in their personal growth and development. You will work closely with your spouse to create a family-like structure for the students, providing consistency and stability in their lives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you and your spouse must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You must be legally married for at least two years, with both spouses aged 27 or older. You should also be able to lift up to 50 lbs and demonstrate a high degree of integrity as role models for the students. Additionally, you must complete individual employment applications and meet specific qualifications outlined in our job description.
