As a Flex Houseparent, you and your spouse will reside in an on-campus student home and guide a group of approximately 8-12 students.
You will provide daily care and support, oversee daily activities, and ensure the well-being of the students while receiving comprehensive benefits and competitive salaries.

The position involves guiding students through daily devotions, taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services, and providing a consistent family-like structure.
